Easy Zesty Arugula Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette 🍋

Lemons are my fave! You can top any salad with this but the peppery flavor of an Arugula Salad is perfection!
Salad
-4 oz Arugula 🌱
-1/2 cup of Cherry Tomatoes sliced🍅
-1/2 Avocado diced 🥑
Vinaigrette
-3oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice 🍋
-3oz EVOO
-1oz Red Wine Vinegar
- Dash of Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder
