My mama’s Ricotta Toast got an UPGRADE!

My mom would always make us Ricotta Toast on an English muffin with simply ricotta and some cinnamon sugar. I have made for my girls an elevated version of this using texas toast and sweetening the ricotta and also adding raspberry jam. It’s so simple and so easy to do and your kids and your husband will love it

1. Toast some texas toast in a pan with a little butter on both sides till it’s golden brown

1. In a bowl mix a half a cup of ricotta cheese with some sugar and maple syrup to taste

2. Spread your ricotta cheese and your favorite jam over you are toast. We like to use raspberry it’s easy to spread and gives a pink princess color.
   

This breakfast is so easy, it’s such a treat everyone in your household love it not just your little princesses!
